Putapaka : Putapaka procedure is similar to that of Tarpana where instead of Ghee Medicated herbal juice extract is used after processing. It is usually carried out to Empower the eyes and to improve the vision.

Netra or Akshitarpana : is a unique process of application of the snehana (medicated ghee) to the eyes. This procedure is useful in healthy as well as diseased people. In healthy people akshitapana is carried out to protect the eyes from degeneration due to the aging process and to improve the eyesight. The therapeutic effect is advocated for clients suffering from disease of the eye. The eye is considered to be a local route for drug administration. Thus akshi-tarpana gives desired results in clients suffering from eye disease.

Akshi Sekam : During this therapeutic treatment, a continuous stream of medicated decoctions is applied on the eyes for a soothing, rejuvenating experience. It is highly curative and can assuage the pain of overstressed eyes.

Bidaalaka : This process is the application of medicated herbal paste on eye lids to soothe them. It is effective in inflammation, pain and burning sensation.

Karna Poorana : It is an ear therapy for healing of ear problems with herbal oils and ear candling. Karana purana is the process in which warm, herbalized oil or medicated liquid is gently, slowly poured into the ears. This lubricates the delicate filaments of the ear canal which sharpens hearing and removes impurities
