What is Health Card ?
Health Card is a user friendly special service from our hospital through which clients gets the benefit of concierge services for medical consultation, treatments and medicines. Members can get discounts on any of our packages or treatments, any number of times during their membership.
Benefits of Health Card ?
- 50% discount in out-patient consultations.
- 10% discount on medicines prescribed by chikitsalaya doctors in our counters (OTC not included in the scheme).
- 15% discounts on in-patient admissions.
- 10% discounts on out-patient treatments.
- 10% discount on Ano-Rectal Procedures.
Terms and Conditions ::
- Individual Person card price Rs 200/- valid for 1 year.
- Family card price Rs 400/- valid for 1 year.
- Family card means Husband & Wife with any number of unmarried children below 25 years of age. If you want to include your parents Rs 100 per person to be paid extra.
- The services of this card for this year starts from 02.10.2016 and ends on 01.10.2017.
